This is Boiler Rufftonium, what a camera ham, eh? He wanted a colorful background a frame to set off his pic.
He's my OC character and has been drawn by several artists. I realized recently that "I" should have a rendition of him actually drawn by ME, so to rectify that grevious error I made this...with a few suggestions from Boiler.
