Taken over Albuquerque, NM at the annual Hot Air Balloon Fiesta there. It surprised us, we were in the backyard and heard a loud WHOOSHING sound. Looking up we saw the balloon. The sound was the burner being activated so the balloon could climb.

Someday, I'm gonna ride one of them suckers ;-)

lol ahh yes the balloons.. I went to Albuquerque to visit family once and I saw bunches of them

It was neat to watch them when it began to get dark. They were landing and as they fired the burners it lit up the inside of the balloon. You can't really see that during full daylight so it was really pretty.
